This program includes 7 separate and complete guided Videos, 3 Meditation Videos and 4 Yoga classes that are designed to guide you to a state of peacefullness. These classes are vigorous and will build a strong foundation of balance in your whole body . The classes will align and activate all the energy centers of your body.

The Guided Meditation and the Yoga sequences were conceived for you to reconnect with your body and mind. Thus, in practicing regularly those Meditation and Yoga sequences you will come into perfect alignment with Life, which reflects, into your daily outer world as harmony, joy, bliss, freedom and inner peace.
These practices are suitable for all levels, including beginners. To start we suggest you to practice one Guided Meditation Video followed by one Yoga Video (choosing the order of the Videos that you like, you can mix and match).
